Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Reports To: Store Manager
Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the total store operation by adapting and shifting focus based on daily business needs. This role supports Center Store and Fresh department teams, assists with Front-End functions, and helps maintain store standards. Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing, and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals. This role will require stepping in where needed, resolving guest concerns and supporting store opening and closing procedures.
